Homeowner requests

When a homeowner near you asks for a quote, we email the request to a few nearby builders.
The email shows the project: where it is, what they want to build, the size, budget and timeline, and whether they have land and financing.
The first builder to claim it gets the homeowner's name, phone and email.

No fee to claim, and no limit on how many you claim.

How a homeowner request reaches you

Step 1
A homeowner asks for a quote
They fill in the quote form on Pole Barn Directory. It is free for them too.
Step 2
We email a few nearby builders
The request goes by email to a few builders near them. If they asked from your listing page, it comes to you alone.
Step 3
The first to claim it gets the homeowner
The email shows the project, not the person. Press Claim and you see their name, phone and email.
Step 4
You take it from there
Once you claim it, the request is yours. We do not send it to anyone else, and we are not part of the job.

Requests go to the email address on your listing. If we do not have the right one, claim your listing and tell us.

What about paid plans?

There are none right now. We have not set prices, so there is nothing to buy on this page. If that changes, this page will say so.
