The builder works through a dealer network across the northeast, serving Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and New York, including cities such as Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Rochester. Each project is assigned an on-site project manager. Timbers are pre-cut and finished at the shop before assembly to minimize property disturbance. Brookside recommends concrete footings at least 36 inches deep with poly stand-off plates to prevent wood-moisture contact. The company offers custom builds and DIY kits for clients who prefer to assemble structures themselves with assistance.
